The booking form sends an availability request. That request is not the acceptance of an offer and concludes no contract.

A booking is made only once we confirm it in writing, to the email address you gave us. Until then neither availability nor the rate is guaranteed.

Rates vary with the season, the length of the stay and the number of guests, and are quoted when we answer your request.

Guests are liable for damage caused to the property, its furnishings and its common areas.
